Rules of the discount campaign

• The organizer of the action is PATRONUS sp. z o. o.
• Discounts are drawn on the website www.magicalplace.pl
• The drawn discount (e.g. 50% on breakfast ) is valid only at the Czekoladowa Żaba Restaurant in Gdańsk , ul. Św. Ducha 68.
• The discount is only valid for orders placed on-site .
• The discount must be presented before placing the order .
• Each discount is one-time , has a unique code and cannot be combined with other promotions .
• The discount is valid until the date indicated on the discount coupon
• Participation in the campaign is voluntary and constitutes acceptance of the regulations.

Terms and conditions of the discount campaign

§1. General provisions

1. The organizer of the discount campaign is PATRONUS sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Szczecin (71-441), ul. Cyfrowa 6, KRS 0000962633, NIP 8513272021, REGON 521592939.
2. The campaign is addressed exclusively to consumers within the meaning of Article 22¹ of the Civil Code.
3. The campaign is conducted via the website www.magicalplace.pl
4. The regulations are available at the Guest's request at the Chocolate Frog Gdańsk premises.

§2. Rules of the campaign

1. Discounts are drawn according to the instructions on the Organizer's website.
2. A specific discount is drawn (e.g. 50% discount on breakfast).
3. Each discount has a unique code and is one-time use .

§3. Terms and conditions for redeeming the discount

1. The discount is valid only at the Czekoladowa Żaba Restaurant in Gdańsk , ul. Św. Ducha 68.
2. The discount is not valid at other Magical Place brand establishments.
3. The discount does not include alcohol .
4. The discount only applies to orders placed on-site at the restaurant .
5. The discount must be presented before placing the order .
6. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.

§4. Expiration date

1. The discount is valid until the date indicated on the discount coupon, including in its electronic form.
2. After this period, the discount expires and cannot be redeemed.

§5. Limitations and abuses

1. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or other means of payment.
2. If a discount is lost in electronic form, it cannot be reissued.
3. The Organizer may refuse to implement the discount if abuse is suspected.

§6. Complaints

1. Complaints can be submitted by e-mail to the following address: [e-mail address biuro@magicalplace.pl ] .
2. Complaints are considered within 14 days .

§7. Personal data

1. The administrator of personal data is the Organizer.
2. The data is processed solely for the purpose of implementing the discount campaign.

§8. Final provisions

1. The Organizer reserves the right to change the regulations for important reasons, without violating the acquired rights of participants.

1. Participation in the campaign constitutes acceptance of these regulations.
2. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
